Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 2000 In September 2006, Neil opened Cirrus Commercial Realty Services, Inc. a new brokerage firm in Sioux Falls, SD. Neil is the owner broker and has successfully completed over 500 commercial sales or lease transaction sides worth more than $90 million in transaction volume since 2000. With over 36 years of professional experience in business ownership, management, real estate investment, and development, Neil has acquired and sold dozens of businesses and properties during this time. An active pilot with an exceptionally strong analytical and financial background, Neil has an MBA from the University of South Dakota and is the former Chairman of the Sioux Falls Regional Airport Authority. Outside activities include flying, reading, volunteering in community activities, and participating as a member of governmental boards. Licensed as a Broker in South Dakota and Minnesota, Neil specializes in many types of commercial properties including sales and leasing of office, retail, industrial, land, and commercial development projects. |
